Melissa Berns – Founder & Owner of OnPoint Scheduling Solutions

Hey, Im Melissa. I grew up the daughter of a father who owned a small painting business. My dad did the work and my mother handled everything behind the scenes, often to the detriment of us kids. Time together as a family wasn’t what it should have been. I helped my mother constantly with all the calls, paperwork, and everything in between.

With over 10 years of experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, and client support, I created OnPoint Scheduling Solutions to help contractors reclaim their time, respond faster to leads, and stay organized without the expense of hiring a full-time employee.

My goal is simple: help you spend less time behind a desk and more time growing your business.
